Our Costs and How We Work
All our clients are entitled to a free 30 minute assessment with one of our expert family law solicitors. After this, you will either move onto our hourly retainer rate, or a fixed fee package.

For intimate family matters, full representation with Aequitas often provides the most satisfactory result, whatever the particular circumstances. Our retainer clients have access to all our services whenever they need them, and will receive unfaltering support from their dedicated solicitor through thick and thin.
If you choose this option, you will be charged our hourly rate depending on how long we spend resolving your case. That means, the service will be entirely tailored to your needs, your life, and your family.
